The team has always been very helpful and polite. We've had a few minor issues that they have taken care of quickly and all of the staff have been very respectful. The owner is also very considerate. Highly recommend them to anyone looking.
Super Happy ! We just purchased a water softener from this company and we are very pleased! Our representative Jeremy came out and tested our water, that we were drinking and got us all set up with a system and filters needed for our house, since these modifications, have been made , and after one month, my acid reflux problem has balanced out, ( I'm a water drinker all day long) and my pain has gone away! We are so thankful and we recommend meeting with Jeremy ( who is so personable and friendly) to help get your water needs addressed!

I stumbled upon a "Culligan man" performing an install at a neighbors home a couple months ago. Justin, the installer, was kind enough to give me a business card and even dropped by to look at our home later that afternoon to assess what we need.I spoke with Mark Hocking at the Evansville Culligan office a couple of times to solidify what suited our needs and the timing of install. Both men I spoke with were very kind and professional and knowledgeable. Install day came and all was well. We've been VERY pleased with the outcome. Our water was very hard, leaving scale in the toilets, faucet heads, and shower stalls and often there was an odor of bleach when the water was running. There would even be a white ring line in the pot after boiling water. We'd used a filter for drinking water but bathing left us dry and itchy. No more! The water truly is soft. It was an adjustment for us in the way the water felt, but a pleasant one. My hair feels softer, too. I no longer worry about my skin absorbing challenging and maybe even dangerous chemicals, or drinking and cooking with them. I'm grateful for the encounter with Justin H that day and for the kindness and wonderful service through both him and Mark..
We moved last weekend and had a list of things we wanted to add to our new house. A water softener was on that list! I called Shaun at Culligan on Monday he was at our house on Monday afternoon. The softener and filter were installed Thursday. The experience we had with the Culligan team was awesome. I highly recommend them.
